Microchip.png

Microchips is a primary technical resource in the game of Astro Lords: Oort Cloud. It is used to produce minibots, construct or upgrade certain buildings and also as a fuel for space ships.

This resource is also used by Captains to gain experience.


To get microchips, the player can:

  • win a battle at the Arena
  • collect them during the battle
  • purchase them at the Store
  • complete quests
  • commit a robbery
  • get a daily bonus
  • explore the Oort Cloud


Figures in the top panel show the total amount of all microchips available on the asteroid. When warehouses are full, the figure turns red and microchips start disintegrating.
